2. Communication Preferences & Phone Number Usage

TCPA Compliance: We collect mobile phone numbers directly through our website opt-in process. We maintain complete control over our messaging lists and do not purchase, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with any third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners. Your consent is campaign-specific and cannot be transferred between business entities. This applies to both SMS and WhatsApp communications.

VIP Host Contact Service (Separate Consent)

When you use our VIP host contact service:

• Your contact information IS shared with the specific VIP host you select
• This requires separate, explicit consent during form submission
• Sharing is for service fulfillment only (table reservations, event coordination)
• Hosts may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or your preferred method
• This is NOT used for general marketing purposes

Guestlist Service

• Send SMS or WhatsApp confirmations with event details and check-in instructions
• Provide customer support for guestlist-related questions
• Improve our service based on usage patterns
• Ensure age compliance (21+ verification)

VIP Host Service

• Connect you with appropriate VIP hosts for table service
• Facilitate communication between you and selected hosts
• Process and coordinate your table service requests

4. Opt-Out and Communication Controls

SMS Guestlist Communications

• Text STOP to any guestlist confirmation to opt-out
• Text HELP for assistance
• Standard messaging and data rates may apply
• We'll confirm your opt-out request
• Frequency: Up to 8 messages per month

WhatsApp Guestlist Communications

• Reply STOP to any guestlist confirmation to opt-out
• Reply HELP for assistance
• WhatsApp data charges may apply based on your plan
• We'll confirm your opt-out request
• Frequency: Up to 8 messages per month
• Must have WhatsApp installed and active

Host Contact Communications

• Contact the specific host directly to manage communication preferences
• Email us to request removal from host contact lists
• Hosts may use SMS, WhatsApp, or other methods based on your preference

5. Communication Method Selection

• SMS Option: For US phone numbers only (domestic service)
• WhatsApp Option: For international numbers and US users who prefer WhatsApp
• You choose your preferred method during signup
• Cannot receive confirmations via both methods simultaneously
• Both methods provide the same guestlist confirmation information
